Comments about PBS A Few Good Pie Places DVD:

I loved the way this video shows the everyday people who decided to go into the pie business and how they're doing after even a short time. Very inspiring.

Comments about PBS A Few Good Pie Places DVD:

This is a wonderful documentary about pies and the incredible bakers around the USA. My bucket list would be to have the time to visit everyone on this video and try every pie with my son who is addicted to pie!

Comments about PBS A Few Good Pie Places DVD:

What a fun show! Beautifully filmed, thought & appetite provoking. If I were a baker, I would have been super motivated. Instead, I was just hungry!!

Easily one of the most enjoyable programs I've ever seen

Comments about PBS A Few Good Pie Places DVD:

You know... Americans are pretty cool people by and large and this program proves it. State after state, the people who bake the pies are warm and friendly and the kind of person you'd like to have for a neighbor.

My Czechoslovakian grandma on my grandparents' homestead place near Fromberg, MT knew a thing or two about baking pastries. My Mom was the same way... and this program took me back to rolling out the pie dough at age 7 or so... because I just wanted to help.

Thanks to all the great people in all the little pie shops across the nation for what it is you REALLY do with your pies...
