Use google if you don't understand "caster sugar" and grams.

Comments about PBS Great British Bake Off: Big Book of Baking (Hardcover):

Person reviewed above should learn how to google if they don't understand caster sugar or grams. Book itself is fine. Recipes are on point and if you can't measure properly that's your own problem.

Very disappointing

Comments about PBS Great British Bake Off: Big Book of Baking (Hardcover):

This book is supposed to be an International Edition. Measurements are only in grams and there are no conversion charts. Many of the ingredients have the English names such as caster sugar and icing sugar, names that are not used in the U.S. I was expecting to have the recipes adapted with American equivalent ingredients or the American names as I have seen in other international editions of original British cook books. I could have easily bought the British version on line for much cheaper than I paid for this book and not to have waited months to receive it.
I am also disappointed with the choice of recipes from the series.
