I had seen this on Nova then got it for my husband and we enjoyed watching it this past week. Everything was done so well, but we felt sorry for the guy who was trapped in the elevator for 41 hours!

I am a Director of Security and came across this show one night. I think this is a great show over all for tenants of a residential and/or commercial building, security staff, porters/ maintenance staff and building managers. It was very interesting to see all phases of construction and testing and inspections.

Very interesting program about elevators-they are used every day and thought about very little. When I started to watch the show, I didn't know what they could say for a full hour, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the subject matter was fascinating.

This presentation crammed a lot of history and facts in just a one hour show. It served to keep the viewers interest throughout the entire DVD. I wonder if they considered expanding NOVA to a two hour time slot.

This video shows some very good information along with the story. We plan to use it as training within our division. Also, it gives you more appreciation for elevator programs and laws and why they are in place.
