Inferior DVD - but content is excellent.

Comments about PBS Joel Harper's Slim & Fit DVD:

Forgetting the amount of time it took to receive the DVD(weeks),after using it one time; the DVD doesn't work! The content (instruction & exercises) of the DVD is perfect
and user friendly - however the product (DVD)is inferior.
