The Pacific campaigns were extremely harsh. Battle scenes were expertly replicated.

Perhaps not the glitz of Band of Brothers, and more gritty, but very realistic. It is an honest portrayal of events. Many of the scenes were described by my father who served as a medical corpsman on Guadacanal, Tulagi, and Tarawa.
