Set 16 includes Talking to the Dead, one of my favorite episodes. All the Series of Midsomer Murders have been so excellent! They rate at the very top of the British and American dramatic mystery movies. They strike just the right balance of character development, intelligent but fun dialogue, mystery, and wit.

Since no US stations carry this show any more, I am always waiting impatiently for the next DVD collection to come out, and it never fails to entertain. Even after all these episodes, the series is still fresh.

Midsomer Murders serie is one that makes you feel good. Serious with a dash of humor, the stories are intelligently created and well presented. It is amasing to see what goes on in such little towns of Britain. But Chief Inspector Barnaby is very efficient and rarely the killer get away with it.

The Guest Stars, are simply the best.
