Diarmaid McCulloch's HISTORY OF CHRISTIANITY is a solidly informed and engaging personal view of the history of Christianity through the ages, including its influence in society today. A fascinating study!

I was hoping for something more in depth. This was nice and "cheeky" and how would christianity deal with obviously the author's "new" issues which weren't mentioned in the new testament.

A poignant View of Church History

I will find these very helpful if I teach a course for Senior College or my church in Church History. They get right to the important points and pull no punches and have great visual effects using the calthedrals.
