Scary to think how much else about our wars is being withheld from the public. Good storyline and understandable why things must be withheld.

Really amazing the Japanese came up with these type of aircraft carring submarines. Could have made a difference in World War II, if the japanese had been able to use them effectively.

I am delighted with it and it means more to me
than others.I was on the Uss Proteus when the three of them tied upto us in Tokyo bay during the surrender. I also had a chance to go aboard
briefly. I have personal pictures of the three
while they were there

Excellent for WWII buffs

The published history of the IJN submarine force was comprehensive, except for this particular facet of the IJN navy. The book had a couple pictures, but no program details on the noted subs themselves. The DVD filled in quite well what that program was all about.
