It gives the cold hard facts about student loans. The only way they can go away is to be paid off.

I teach and live in the same community, which is rare for educators of youth. Many of us live in higher-income neighborhoods than our students. This disparity in wealth usually leads to a disparity in education, less exposure to vocabulary in general, and specifically almost no access to institutional economic jargon. I lent the movie out to a few of my students and it started a conversation among the parents at our school. For the first time in 20 years, we now have a PTA demanding authentic education for the families of our students. This movie can change minds. It can bring people to action. It can transform communities. This is a must-see for anybody who connected or will connect with college in some way.

Theres alot os professional " salesmen and saleswomen " out there making alot of " false promises " and one heck of alot of money under the guise of promoting higher education. Theres no quick and easy way to get a worthwile education other than plain old hard work and study. Theres no better deal out there for a good, honest, accredited education than Community and State colleges ( Not-for-Profit Colleges ). The " For-Profit " Colleges appear to be just as big of crooks as the Prescription Drug Companys. You get what you pay for if you're smart. If you're not smart and if you're not expremely careful, you get what you deserve. I highly recommend seeing this DVD to anyone interested in furthering thier education after High school.

This is a must watch program if you believe in "higher education" in the United States. DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THE SUB-PRIME COLLEGE LOAN CRISIS that is underway. Watch this movie and understand the trap that our for profit universities are creating for students and their families. This is as big as the mortgage banking industry crisis and it is praying on students.
