Gentle, gentle especially for beginners.

I enrolled in a gentle beginners class and found it far too difficult to do. Instructor used all yoga words for positions and I had to wait and watch other students to see what I was supposed to be doing. This does not happen here, Peggy Cappy is a real winner!

Because I have been recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my knees, my doctor told me to stop attending the aerobics class at my gym. I ordered this DVD because of the special offer but cannot use it at this time. Looking forward to the results from using her arthritis DVD so I can start using the Heart Healthy DVD.

It takes it nice and slow...maybe too slow, but it does get me going in the morning.
