I am very satisfied with the videos and glad I purchased them. I have been a magazine subscriber for many years and appreciated the tips and recipes. The the DVDs I purchased are even better because you get to see hands on methods. The show covers many variables, such as cooking techniques, product values and product taste testing. I have learned a lot of new techniques that I plan to incorporate into my cooking methods to enhance the flavors and qualify of cooking.
