I have enjoyed MIDSOMER MURDERS for many years. I am delighted to be able to see them again without interruptions, many of them for the first time. For me it is the best mystery program on TV.

What a relief from everyday ad filled, manipulative, hyper entertainment. Intriguing stories, wonderful photography and acting. Interesting personality studies and, by the way, hidden morality teaching.

I always buy myself a birthday gift, this year it was Midsomer Murders Casebook. Being a fan of the British accent and of murder stories, Barnaby's cases really please me. I love the eccentricity of the villagers, the English humour tangled in with the seriousness of the crimes, the lovely villages where everything seem so near and away, so flowery and charming, but where human nature reveal itself, and also the way characters relates with one another.
