This is an awesome resource for anyone teaching or sharing information about healthy lifestyles and emotional self-care. I highly recommend this dvd and think almost anyone would benefit from watching it - whether you may learn something new, or just renew your resolve to live a good and healthy life and helping your understanding more fully of what that can entail, it is a wonderful documentary.

I caught this on Netflix and love it SO MUCH that I'm getting a DVD copy for myself. I've seen the first 2 out of 3 episodes so far. Each is about 2 hours long. And it's informative, interesting, educational, healing, enlightening, transforming... I'm recommending this series to all my friends.

If you're not sure, if you're on the fence and can't decide... take the chance, buy this, and WATCH IT. It'll heal your relationships, improve your life, help you understand what you and/or others may be going through, and, in short, make life better.

I wish they made more documentaries like this. If any producers are reading this, PLEASE DO.

I received the 3-pack dvd set and I loved it! It was very informative and educational. I really enjoyed seeing the personal stories and perspectives. This dvd gives you great insight into the intricacies of the human mind. :)
