Lydia is very entertaining and knows her cooking. However, her recipes are not for my taste. The recipes had ingredients that I did not find appealing for my taste in Italian food, such as tuna in pasta.

I am new to watching the PBS and Lidia's show has become one of the best...her show has inspired me to try my hand at a new way of cooking. I enjoy the idea that she educates you on some of the differences in the items, so if you are new to clams, mustards,rices, etc. you know which one will work best and what the differences may be. I am so excited about trying out some of the dishes from the cook book that i purchased at the same time...Awesome Lidia and Thank you for bringing a bit of Italy into my home :)
