So nice to see all recipes cooked up step by step, with comments along the way on 'how to's, why's' etc. My most recent purchase Cooking for Two, now that we're empty nesters...
Notes from the test kitchen inspiring and helpful: that's what you get watching the show on PBS...asides to aid in perfection and better ways of doing, as in chopping, grinding(like in meat),trimming,tasting,etc! Great instruction.
