We wanted to see the earliest Morse episodes. Not sure if these are the earliest, but already 2of4 shows were new to us. Not as much interplay between Morse and Lewis as in later shows, but it's Morse...totally enjoyable.

Just discovered Inspector Morse. Plan to buy the rest of the series eventually. Especially like his sidekick whose character developed into another series, "Inspector Lewis"

We have enjoyed 4 of the six Collections including
the Last Enemy and intend to complete our set with the other 2 today. No matter how many Morse
shows we watch we are always guessing who's guilty.

Again, I have purchased every season of the Inspector Morse detective series. Could one ever regret in doing so? I think not, as John Thaw's characterization of this thought-provoking, serious-thinking, clever and resourceful detective who is unappreciated by his superior, and who understands and never misses the plights of human nature to finds the culprits who also are well-performed actors in this series. This series, too, is an absolutely must-watch program.
