I recently read Charles Dickens' David Copperfield, then ordered the DVD as I like to put faces to book characters. The DVD follows the book and all its characters magnificently!! What a treat!!

I purchased this for my 10 year old grandson, after introducing him to Dickens on PBS. He just loved it and I thought it would be nice for him to add it to his collection.
David Copperfield introduced him to a whole other world he was unfamiliar with and helped him to realize things weren't always as easy as they seem today for most children. Thank you PBS, Masterpiece Theatre and please keep these wonderful classics coming. Judi J

I have seen this twice and would watch it again. It holds my interest at all times. How people lived in the past is so intriguing. The actors do such a wonderful job.

Wonderful exhibition of Dickens' beautiful prose and storytelling;can see how he pulled his readers on to his next instalment in the paper. Cast and acting no less than stupendous, what's NOT to love about David Cooperfield or Daniel Ratliffe!
