I just loved it and for the first time I saw a third person that also on a TV documentary say the things I grew up listening to at home, specially the historical & geographical facts. His research is accurate and very redeeming. I hail his effort.

There is a part in the series, which is misleading and rips-off Indians of their heritage. Michael Wood should have checked with an expert before expressing either his ignorance or just an innocent misstatement about Sanskrit NOT being part of India. Every Indian knows the level of racism their ancestors experienced under 'British Raj' and for Mr. Wood to make statements such as "Aryan tribes began to enter India" is outrageous.
Most of the Americans know how FOX News spreads its agenda and when Mr. Wood was referencing a history book by Jones from 1786; it just felt like 'agenda'. Although history doesn't change, however with new evidence contents of the history changes. Mr. Wood just like FOX News uses language such as 'most linguists' and 'some people'; when talking about Sanskrit in the series.
