Exceptionally produced and put together, shows examples of different techinques, chef secrets, organic and beautiful locations, etc. It's extremely interesting and every episode (of which there are 23) are different. My wife and I viewed all three dvds in about 3 days as we kept wanting to view the next one. If you love cooking, exotic foods, cutting edge techniques, etc...this is definitely for you
