Fantastic. Love it. Highly Recommended. I travel to Spain two times per year. Thhis show is energetic, inspiring and really gives a great look into Spainish culture. He explores the history of each area and their food and wine. very very good!

Jose Andres has an enthusiasm for all things Spanish which is contagious! The visits to Spain are informative, and the cooking back in the U.S. are entertaining and easy to follow.
Both the visits and the cooking are fairly short, but it's the perfect amount to get a feel for foods/experiences to try in each region and as well as to spark interest in experimenting in the kitchen.
We watched these before our recent trip, and we're enjoying watching them again even more, now that we're back!
