I am a real Peggy Cappy fan. Her instructions are easy to understand, and the pace of her instruction allows you to keep up easily even if you did not take up yoga until later in life.
Unfortunately the catalog does not list the three DVD's included in this set so when it arrived I realized I already owned two of them, so returned it unopened.
