I love this series, but at 81 years, I do have a hard time catching all the dialogue, especially of those episodes like the pilot program, where there are no subtitles. I am especially fond of the complexity of D.I. Hathaway as played by Laurence Fox.

Kevin Whately just keeps getting better and better. Laurence Fox is an absolute delight and pairing the two of them was brilliant.
The photography and camera work is at times breath taking and the musical score wraps it all up. Hopefully we can look forward to more episodes in a new series.
