This will give you chills at the beauty of the music and the setting. Superb recording with outstanding presence when played on a 5.1 or 7.1 system. Just sit back and enjoy the setting, music and technology!

Comments about PBS Christmas In Norway With The St. Olaf Choir Blu-ray/DVD:

This has become my all-time favorite Christmas special. It's magical, musical perfection in a glorious Norwegian cathedral setting. If this music doesn't touch your soul, you're beyond help. The St. Olaf Choir is simply amazing in their performance, and the Norwegian Nidaros Jentekor Girls Choir is too precious and wondrous to be believed. Night of Silence/Silent Night is fabulous, and you will think you're listening to angels on earth during the song Cradle Hymn. It's 3 weeks after Christmas and I'm still watching and listening to this show -- it's that good. I can only imagine this is how music will sound in heaven. Thank you Anton Armstrong and St. Olaf -- and Nidaros Jentekor!
