One of the best shows in PBS history. Comfort food at its modt basic, but Rick tells a comforting story that we can all relate to. Hot Dogs give us memories of hot July days BBQ's with the family, or late night hunger pangs at a street vendor.

After watching this show we ran to the store and started grilling.There were so many great variations on the old favorite that we had to try them all.Loved the "poppers". Great show for parents to add variety and gets the kids involved in mealtime choices.
