Comments about PBS Ken Burns' America DVD 7PK:

I haven't had a chance to watch the DVDs here at home. But I did watch a couple of the stories when they were on TV. Loved them and that is the reason I got the set of documentaries, so I could watch them again and see the others I missed when they were on TV.

Comments about PBS Ken Burns' America DVD 7PK:

I bought this set for a friend with hearing loss and thought that they had subtitles...but they don't. Disappointed, had to return this box set. In this day and age it should be an option as there are so many people with this need. After searching more carefully for other PBS films with subtitles - they seem only to be those about wars. I wanted films with bios of artists and other uplifting stories.
Ken Burns films are always very well done and these are no exception I am sure. We watched only the one on Benton and it was great.
