Mark Twain had such a long, colorful and often difficult life - who better to tell his story than Ken Burns, the master documentarian? I've watched this all the way through several times and I still see more and learn more. It's a wonderful, interesting, tightly woven biography of America's greatest writer!

Always have been a buff of Mark Twain and his writings. This is a beautiful addition to my collection. Plus ... Twain and I have something very much in common. We both married girls from Elmira, New York. Another reason this DVD is so special.
