I have read both books and can honestly say they are amazing. I love to read and I often do deep research on different history topics for my academic papers. These books 1421 & 1434 are excellently documented and they present a very interesting argument about the mistaken belief that Europeans discovered American and other parts of the world. The study analyzes the fact that the Chinese empire of the 1420s was far more advanced and prepared than Europeans to accomplish the discover of the world before Europeans. For those who are in the constant search of the truth and authenticity, I strongly recommend these lectures.

It's truly amazing how the English consistently attempt to rob Spain of its glorious accomplishments to the point of creating fantastic fantasies. Mr. Menzies is probably a Hispanophobe or a Sinophiliac (or both!); his next book will be titled "1955: The Year China Landed on the Moon?" LOL!

Gavin Menzies, and I found both books well written
and carefully researched. The magic of this video
captures the essence and importance of both books.

This is a most important video; well formatted, and well produced, presenting the most important parts of both books. It is an honest presentation of Menzies' theories. Since I am a
researcher in Chinese studies, I found this video
an excellent resource material.
