Love the series-no problems with my dvd

I ordered it in December, didn't arrive until almost Easter. Other than that the dvd has worked fine and we love the series.

I pre-ordered the DVD and anticipated its arrival. Same issue as Brian, the first disc didn't load. The second disc was fine, but who wants half the series. Sent it back and heard nothing. Finally, I called to inquire about a replacement and was told that the replacement would be express shipped to me. Guess what? It's been three weeks and still no replacement disc and no explanation. I give up on Shop PBS.

Don't Buy!! Doesn't even work?

I love the series on Tv, so much that I bought immediately. The first copy I received didn't even work so I sent back, and now the second copy doesn't work either! There is no selection cursor, it just stays frozen on the main screen. I have tried in multiple DVD players and still nothing. Very disappointed.
