I absolutely love this bag. It is much bigger than I expected it to be, and it is a durable canvas, and has enough structure to be useful, and enough flop to be compact and easy to carry. It is a great conversation piece, too! I LOVE MISTA BATES!

I ordered two of these bags, one for me and one for my best friend as a Valentine's Day present. While one was fine the other had a huge printing flaw in the B in Bates. I returned the deffective bag and ordered another, but it was just a big disappointment to have to return a bag that obviously should not have been shipped in the first place. A little attention to detail would have gone a long way in making my PBS shopping experience more satisfying. If I didn't love Downton Abbey so much I wouldn't have bothered.I hope the new bag meets expectations.

I received my bag yesterday. It actually says Free John Bates instead of just Free Bates, like the photo shows. The bag is good quality, but the type is slightly cracked where it was folded for shipping. This would probably happen over time anyway.
