Purchased this for a gift for Christmas for my only living relative. She calls me Agatha and I call her Ms. Marple. Have always loved the show and look forward to enjoying it with my Aunt.

joan hickson would have been agatha christi's perfect miss marple.if you read,miss christi's comments about what kind of person should play miss marple,joan hickson was perfect and there will never be another one like her. i never get tired of seeing any of her,miss marples,over and over. i think if you like christi,you understand.

Joan Hickson is the ONLY Miss Marple. I have all of the episodes that she did. I really enjoyed the DVD's and would reccommend them to people to watch --- have no problems watching the episodes again.The Body in the Library and 4:50 to Paddington are my favorites.
