Thoroughly enjoyed this story. Amazing characters and so well portrayed in this adaption -- I even enjoyed watching the actor interviews and insights into the filming included on the DVDs. Glad I ordered it even I knew nothing about the story except that it had good reviews. I will be watching it more than once.

My daughter an I watch this series over a rainy weekend. It was entertaining and kept us wanting to watch the next segment. The acting was great, the characters believable, the setting and cultural nature were historically educational. Thank you for a job well done!
