        About four years ago, before he passed away, my husband bought me this set. Since, I've read a little of it every night, much the same way many might read the Bible before turning out the light. This isn't just a collection of recipes, it is a course written so personably, you can hear Julia talking you through each step. It doesn't take many pages of reading before you are off, understanding and using learned techniques and liberated and inspired to create your own recipes or making existing recipes better!
