Comments about PBS The Barnes Collection DVD:

I have seen the Barnes Collection before the big move. I have studied art in Boston. Your movie
was more about Barnes and his philosophy than art.
I was very disappointed. In fact, had I known how
little art was actually shown, I wouldn't have
wasted my money.

Comments about PBS The Barnes Collection DVD:

The dvd was interesting, if you want to know the history of the collection..I was expecting emphasis on the collection holdings and disappointed to see the paintings only as the camera panned quickly around. I'm 78 and don't know if I can make the trip from LA to Philly to see them, so I was disappointed. The other art collection dvds I've bought are much more satisfying than this DVD was.
