Comments about PBS American Experience: The Presidents (2012) DVD:

This series has something for everyone of all ages. The history that surrounds the Presidents and its affect on the lives of our people give profound insight into both, our history and our leaders. The presentation and delivery is well done, and leaves one with a feeling of knowing each President and our country a little better than before.

IKE still absent

Comments about PBS American Experience: The Presidents (2012) DVD:

These American Experience's on the Presidents are second to none. They are all wonderfully written/produced/shot programs. Even the music is fantastic (I think of FDR in particular).

HOWEVER, why is "IKE" once again absent from the collection (as it was from the last one)?

I collected all of these the hard way (one at a time) so IKE is sitting on MY media shelf in his chronological slot. But why continue to rob the public of Eisenhower? Was there a controversy in that doc that won't let PBS air it again?
