What a pleasant surprise! This show had my interest from the opening word till the very, very end and beyond! The acting was soooo believable that I just couldn't change the channel, I had to see if Huey got her music on the air, did they fall in love and live hapily ever after or was their love torn apart from circumstance, prejudice, stubborness, love or all of the above? The performances made you laugh, cry and in between. The music was toe-tapping, finger-snapping, danceable and beautiful! Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan, did a typically wonderful job arranging the music for this wonderful journey of life in segregated Memphis. This is definately worth every penny spent on this fantastic and fun show! Buy it now!
