This was a gift to my daughter she hasn't said what she thinks of it yet I should hear from her when I see her. I'm sure that I would enjoy it very much she is a horse lover I'd be suprised if she would tell me that she was disappointed with it.
My family loves this series. I work with horses and as the youth director @ a small local saddle club in north mississippi. Cloud is engaging enough that his struggles hold the attention of the kids, so I can point out behaviors and discuss with the kids how those behaviors translate to their horses. My biggest "problem" that the kids want me to help them with is why their horse rolls in the dirt after they clean them, I tell them all the time that their horse thinks mud is the best fly repelant. I hope that that documentarist that filmed this series can catch the attention of the BLM and keep these horses from being disbanded, it would be the loss of a national treasure. Maybe instead the government can erect animal watching towers so horse lovers can come see these magnificant creatures in their true and natural enviroment.
I bought this video for my granddaughter's birthday. She watches it so often that she has nearly memorized Ginger's narration. The filming and presentation are breathtaking, and Grandma has been hooked also! Excellent family viewing.
