A pair of antique jet glass buttons, circa 1890, are used with a Czech glass rondelle bead and glass oval faceted bead. Jet glass buttons were made popular in the late 19th century by Queen Victoria, who stayed in mourning dress from her husband's death 1861 until her death in 1903.
