Comments about PBS Essential Pepin: More Than 700 All-Time Favorites from My Life in Food (Hardcover):

Jacques is a most talented chef.., been watching him for years. The book was a gift for my Son who is a college senior. I'm sure he will get a lifetime of great cooking ideas from this reference. I personally would have enjoyed color photos of at least some of the finished dishes.

I would like to meet Jacques some day. He is a great professional, who apparently has enjoyed his passion for great food.
