FRONTLINE explores how the spiritual lives of both believers and nonbelievers have been challenged since September 11th by difficult questions of good and evil and the potential for darkness within religion itself. Through interviews with a cross section of Americans impacted by the attacks, FRONTINE explores and illuminates the many spiritual questions that have come out of the terror, pain, and destruction at Ground Zero.

People thought it was morbid curosity...

Comments about PBS FRONTLINE: Faith and Doubt at Ground Zero (2011) DVD:

People thought it was morbid curosity when I said I had watched "faith and doubt at Ground Zero" a few times. Afterwards, after I had convinced them to watch it for themselves, the response was always the same-man, why didn't you insist that I watch this a long time ago! The insights into the interplay of religion, darkness of the human spirit, and the possibility for redemption left an imprint on my psyche I'm still working through.

        Faith and Doubt

Comments about PBS FRONTLINE: Faith and Doubt at Ground Zero (2011) DVD:

I remember where I was that day, and watching the horror of what took place. My faith was never in question, but as I sat and heard these people speak, I had alot of questions afterwards, and I had to ask different questions of my own religion. This was so well done, and from so many different points of view. The priest who spoke about what God says in the Bible was so perfect. But the ending I think says it all. Perfect, very very well done!

This is the best and most amazing program I've ever seen on TV. An absolute "must see" for anyone who grapples with making sense of religion, faith, tragedy, life. This program will keep you spellbound for the entire 120 minutes, and when it's over you'll wish it wasn't.
