It is so important to teach our babies to read, write, and do basic math so they can feel they are apart of something special. We have a law that requires 6yrs to 18yrs old children attend school. We need a law that requires 6wks to 5yrs old to attend pre-school and learn the basis of reading, writing, and basic math for all children. Its the key to turning things around. Its to late to start at 5 or 6 years old. We have lost the opportunity and failed our children.

"Too Important To Fail" should be watched and absorbed by every American; especially, married and single parents, no matter their race, color, creed, sexual orientation, political affiliation or social status, if we are to experience a harmonious America - An America united for the inalienable right to true freedom, liberty, justice, harmony and humanity. "Too Important to Fail" is vitally important to humankind if we as a people are to evolve to a race of humane beings. We haven't a "clue to the genious and intelligence" that are hidden away in the hearts and minds of the youth in our society, and we won't find out until we as a people take education seriously as the means to a future free of hatred, prejudice, oppression, ignorance, racial and ethnic segregation, and socioeconomic stratification.

This program was enlightening, as well as Alarming. I'm a 43yr old Black Man with no children. The crisis of Educating all of America's youth is beyond urgent need of an "Overhaul". The tragic state of educational issues concerning young Black males is Simply Sad! (Almost Criminal!) Eventhough I have children of my own, I intend to get involved in the reversal of this trend that is Dooming the Black Community! In a country like this,.... Allegedly Powerful & Free,.... How/Why could this possibly happen and continue?!? This crisis has been systematic and is beyond a "Cryin' Shame". True, some responsibility falls on the indidviduals. But, MOST lies in the twisted priorities of what has become of Our National Society!
