This DVD provide me extensive knowledge of where, why and how earthquakes happen. It also showed me the affect an off shore earthquake can have on coastal cities and towns when a tsunami is generated. I was also educated on some of the things that are being put in place to try to predict earthquakes and to minimize their impact on mankind. I am in the Air Force and stationed in Japan. My family and I survived the March 11, 2011 9.0 earthquake. This DVD was very informative and will help us to prepare to deal with future eartquakes.

Awesome CGI as well as details about recent devastating earthquakes and plate tectonic motions' effects on geologic activity! A must watch!
