Just was I was looking for. The "Heart Healthy" DVD is especially helpful. The routine is easy to learn, gives a gentle but thorough workout and cool down. I will use parts from all the routines to stay fit.

Slow moving yoga, holding poses. However, very restorative, relaxing, and offers great function for easing into flexability. Peggy makes the viewer/participant feel comfortable.

My partner is a fit, yoga-loving vegetarian & my Mom is an 87 yr old with a hip replacement who makes the best beef stew ever, I have a bad knee and an arm with a metal pin in it: we all like working with this video. It is simple to follow and the exercises really do make a difference. We recommend it.
